Project Description
AI‑first assistant (voice → goals → calendar)
KhanFlow’s north star is an AI you can talk to about deadlines, work, and ideas. It organizes your thoughts into actionable plans and schedules focused work blocks on your calendar.
Voice‑first capture: Speak freely; the assistant (via ElevenLabs Convai) listens and transcribes.
Thought organization: Summarizes, extracts goals, breaks them into tasks/subtasks, and prioritizes.
Planning & scheduling: Converts tasks into time‑boxed calendar blocks, respecting your availability and preferences.
Execution loop: Sends reminders, adapts plans when things slip, and updates tasks as you progress.
Integrations: Writes to Google Calendar/Outlook, attaches links for Google Meet/Zoom/Teams when relevant.
Current status:
The ElevenLabs Convai widget is embedded globally in the frontend for voice input.
Replace the default agent ID if needed in frontend/index.html (tag elevenlabs-convai).
Data flow (high level):
Voice → transcription → structured intents (goals, tasks, dates, constraints)
Planning → schedule proposals → calendar events
Feedback loop → re‑planning on conflicts/slippage
